If you choose to work with me, I will work to provide a safe and trusting relationship by ensuring you feel seen, heard, validated, and understood while in my presence. I like to meet every client where they are and create a safe space to assist clients in exploring their emotions and experiences. I help you grieve properly, find hope and healing, recover, and build healthy boundaries. In my sessions, I begin with a person-centered approach to explore what brought you to therapy and then help you decide the most appropriate ways to help you progress. My clients can all relate to this one truth regarding my approach: I am a non-judgmental listener who has an effortless ability to see people where they are and help them discover where they desire to go. I aim to empower you to heal, grow, and thrive in everyday life and relationships. I am a licensed clinician for the State of South Carolina. I received my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy at Liberty University. Currently, I am self-pay only. I am unable to accept insurance at this time. I can offer sliding scale fees if eligible. I am available for individual, Premarital/Marital, family, and group therapy.
